I would like to thank all of you for the excellent care you gave to my mother during her stay at Parkview. My mother was the very first resident to arrive when Parkview Memory Care opened. From the very beginning she was greeted with excitement and respect by the staff. Every detail of her care was carefully considered to such an extent that I found her glasses meticulously cleaned and laid out each evening on a piece of clean tissue next to her bed.

The Parkview staff worked together as a team, taking turns to ensure that she had the care she needed. They helped her get up and out of the room to participate in activities, even if she was a bit hesitant. I found her participating in group activities, looking at magazines, enjoying the garden, listening to a music concert and watching movies. I loved the thoughtful projects and planned activities.

Parkview is designed to look like residents are walking through a neighborhood. They have a beautiful doll center, even a theater with popcorn machine. In the evenings, Netflix, classic movies, musicals and nature shows are very popular with the residents. There is also a chapel with a small electric piano where I took my mother to pray.

What an amazing example of care that my mother received. I frequently observed staff members doing puzzles, playing card games, walking with residents, sitting down with residents while they eat so that they would not eat alone, and conversing with residents on the subjects that they knew would stimulate a conversation. Staff members express so much love for the residents.

Parkview is the best memory care center I encountered in my extensive search for the best care I could offer for my mother, and the cost is no more than anywhere else. It is the philosophy of respect and service to the elderly, the teamwork and their meticulous design of the space that makes Parkview so great. I highly recommend Parkview Memory Care as the best facility in this area for memory care.

Sincerely, Maura F.

I love marketing memory care because I know there is such a need for first rate care that is provided with love, compassion and knowledge of state of the art memory care.  Parkview weaves all of those components together seamlessly for the residents and for the peace of mind of their family caregivers.

Moving my Father into Parkview Memory Care has genuinely been the best decision I have made on my Father’s behalf! To say it has changed his outlook on life would be an understatement! There were many considerations to be made associated with this big daunting decision, first and foremost was his health and welfare. After months of searching and relentless onsite visits I discovered Parkview Memory Care at Cherrywood Village and I must say from my very first visit I knew my Dad was “Home”!

The knowledgeable, professional, caring and compassionate staff made me feel like my Father was a gift to them! And I can tell you the interaction he has with all of them is a gift to me and my whole Family. My Father who just a short time ago would sit in a
facility that was dark and depressing sleeping all day to Parkview that has put pep in his step and brought color to his cheeks again! The food is wonderful and my Father is gaining much needed weight! (Yeah)!

This newly constructed facility is well appointed and has many activities to keep up his mental acuity and physical well being. It contains a room for sensory and motor skills as well as a darling Chapel and cinema with an old fashioned truck they can sit in and
daydream of days gone by. The hallways are light and bright with beautifully hand painted scenes leading them to their private bedrooms with all new furniture and jack and jill bathrooms.

Then just a short walk across the street at Cherrywood Village they have a beautiful large lap pool, jacuzzi and state of the art work out center. Our 12 year old Grandson loves spending time with Great Grandpa in the pool and playing billiards as well. Oh did I mention mini-putt golf and the old fashioned ice cream shoppe? My Father is even flirting a bit and he says he feels like he is a young man again. My Father is 80 years “Young” and I have Parkview to Thank for this!

Parkview is as close to Heaven as my Father will get to on this Earth!

It is with Love and a Heart full of Gratitude that I write this letter.
Sincerely,
Jennifer L.

They know exactly what to do… They don’t ask what they should do, they are a great team. I think it is great. I have never seen a staff work together the way they do here.

It is important that she is safe and clean, and that she has things to keep her mind going. They don’t just let her go to her room and go to sleep. They try to keep her mind and body going.

I appreciate the interest they have in all the people who live here. They care about each and every one… That’s so important to a little old lady.
